POLICY FOR FREIGHT OF BONNETS Customer has the option to organise their own freight for bonnets or other parts. If the customer chooses to use our courier and RTM Spares organise freight on behalf buyer - RTM Spares do not take any liability for any damage caused by freight company. Freight companies do not cover insurance for fragile parts. All parts are sold brand new and checked before delivery.
All of our parts are new and are not colour coded. They come in primer black/grey.
Any returns must be notified/made within 7 days of receiving parts.
Insurance on parts is an extra option at the expense of customer.
Once insurance option is accepted, it is the customers responsiblity to check parts before signing.
Insurance will be void if signed received in good order and condition.
Any cancellation of orders made by customer will incur 10% processing and handling fee plus freight & insurance will be deducted from total refund.
